7. Technical Support and Reporting Bugs
The Saleh Abdullah Kamel Humanitarian Foundation is committed to providing a seamless, secure, and reliable digital experience for all applicants. The scholarship portal is developed and maintained in partnership with Brightery (Technology Partner) and secured and monitored by Udjat (Security & System Audit Partner).
If you encounter any technical glitches, system errors, or security vulnerabilities while using the portal, please review the guidelines below to report them efficiently.
A. Types of Issues & Who Handles Them
To ensure your request is routed to the correct technical team, please identify the nature of the issue:
- System Bugs & Performance (Managed by Brightery): Issues related to website functionality, such as broken links, form submission failures, file upload errors (e.g., uploading National ID or transcripts), tracking ID generation issues, or user interface glitches.
- Security & Data Integrity (Monitored by Udjat): Issues related to account access, suspicious login activity, data privacy concerns, or potential security vulnerabilities within the portal.
B. How to Report a Bug or Technical Issue
If you experience an error during your application process, please submit a technical support ticket through the Support Center or email us at [email protected] with the following details:

- Screenshots/Screen Recordings: Attach a clear screenshot or video of the error message or bug.
- Device & Browser Information: Specify the device you are using (e.g., Laptop, iPhone, Android) and the browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge).
- Your Tracking ID/National ID: Include your unique tracking ID (if already generated) or your registered email address so the development team can locate your account log.
C. Technical Terms & Responsibilities
- Service Availability: While Brightery works continuously to maintain peak platform performance, brief maintenance windows may occur, particularly close to the application deadline (late July). Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit documents early to avoid high-traffic server lag.
- Data Protection & Privacy: In cooperation with Udjat, all personal data, financial certificates, and official documents uploaded to the system are heavily encrypted and protected against unauthorized access.
- System Abuse: Any attempts to bypass system controls, upload malicious code/files, or exploit bugs detected on the portal will be flagged immediately by Udjat. Such actions will result in the permanent disqualification of the applicant and potential legal action.
D. Technical Support Response Time
Our technical teams at Brightery and Udjat review reports systematically. Critical bugs preventing application submissions are prioritized, with an average resolution response time of 24 to 48 hours during the active registration period.
